Major in Human Nutrition and Dietetics

This course nurtures students to become professional dietetics, qualified with superior knowledge of nutrition, who can properly capture and assess people's comprehensive physical conditions and food intakes and advise them on healthy diets and nutritional plans in every facet of medicine and welfare.

Major in Food Science and Nutrition

This course offers education in nutrition at educational sites and trains students to be experts who can play active roles in food-related fields covering; management of nutrition and sanitation control at food service facilities, as well as research, development and planning in food-related companies.
