On February, Rob and Craig-sensei and I welcomed 6 junior high school students from Takami Junior High School in Yao City to the I-Lounge. These students were visiting as part of a high school experience day at Shoin.

At first the students were a little shy and nervous but soon felt relaxed and enjoyed speaking English.

The main topics we covered in the I-Lounge lesson were about ‘daily routines, likes and dislikes, and hobbies.

Also part of the lesson were a lot of fun ICT activities (Quilt Live and Match, and Kahoot!) using the school’s iPads.

It was a fun lesson and the students seemed to enjoy their time visiting the i-Lounge!
